Thank you for the honour and opportunity to judge one of the strongest breeds and the biggest entrance of the show.
I was very pleased with the general quality of the breed.
The general type was of high quality with good coats and some excellent movements.
In my opinion their where many dogs a bit short in legs which obviously gives the image of been to long.
Also some attention on teeth could be a improvement for some lines.
Some exhibitors need to improve the preparation of the dogs and presentation. For bigger contests everything counts for example to have a good coat is not enough, it has to be prepared to perfection and it makes all the difference, as well as presentation and handling.
The judge, judged the dog on the day and it doesn't help if he as to start guessing
how it would be if it was with prepared and train to move or using the ears.
But as I say the overall picture was very positive and I was very pleased to end up with 2 litter mates in juniors and adults as my winners.
